SHIPPING, PRODUCTION & REFUND POLICY

By placing an order with The Cameron Amir Collection, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Made-to-Order & Preorder Items
Most items sold by The Cameron Amir Collection are made to order or offered as preorders.
- Items are produced after an order is placed
- Production and fulfillment typically take 3–5 weeks
- This timeframe includes manufacturing, quality control, and shipping preparation
Because each piece is produced specifically for the customer, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once production has begun.
Limited Pre-Made Inventory
On select launch days or special releases, a limited quantity of pre-made items may be offered.
- Pre-made items ship faster when inventory is available
- Quantities are extremely limited
- If a product page does not explicitly state “Ready to Ship,” the item should be assumed to be made to order
Shipping Timeframes
- Estimated delivery for made-to-order and preorder items: 3–5 weeks from the order date
- All shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur due to high order volume, material sourcing, production capacity, holidays, or carrier delays
Placing an order confirms acceptance of these timelines.
Order Status, Production Tracking & Shipping Updates
- Shipping tracking information is emailed once an order ships
- Orders do not display shipping tracking during the production phase
Production Status Tracking:
Customers can track the current stage of their order in the production cycle at any time by clicking the Pre-Order Tracking tab on our website. Shipping tracking becomes available only after production is complete and the item has shipped.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Due to the custom, limited, and made-to-order nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations for:
- Preorders
- Made-to-order items
- Orders still within the stated production and shipping timeframe

Refunds or replacements are only considered if:
- The item arrives damaged, or
- The incorrect item was received
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photo evidence.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase with The Cameron Amir Collection, the customer agrees to the following:
- The 3–5 week production and shipping timeframe is acknowledged and accepted
- Production wait time does not constitute grounds for a payment dispute
- Filing a chargeback for an order that remains within the stated timeframe violates this policy
We reserve the right to:
- Submit order confirmations, policy acceptance records, tracking data, and production status logs to payment processors
- Restrict future purchases from customers who initiate fraudulent or premature disputes
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds
- Address changes are not guaranteed once production has begun
